Nv200 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the nv200 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the nv200 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the nv200 platform.

Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. nv200 reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice, and it is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically.

The nv200 platform is intended for individuals aged 18 and above only. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that your use complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the nv200 platform. Account registration requires accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information during registration constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activity that occurs under your account. nv200 recommends using a strong, unique password and not sharing your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the nv200 support team immediately.

Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold or used by anyone other than the original owner.
The use of automated software, bots, or any non-human method to access the platform is strictly prohibited.
Nv200 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure account security and compliance with platform policies.

User Responsibilities & Usage Rules

As a nv200 platform user, you agree to use this service solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You are fully responsible for all actions carried out through your account.

The following are strictly prohibited on the nv200 platform:

Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
Attempting to compromise the security, integrity, or availability of nv200 systems.
Distributing unlawful or offensive content, or content containing malware.
Abusing promotions or bonuses in ways not intended by the platform.
Colluding with other users to manipulate game or bet outcomes.

Nv200 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing an account, in the event of any breach of the above rules.

Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the nv200 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name. Use of third-party payment methods without authorisation may result in account suspension.

Nv200 supports local Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow and online banking via FPX. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are as stated in the user account centre and are subject to change from time to time.

Deposit: Credited to your account upon confirmation by the bank or payment provider. nv200 is not responsible for delays caused by the bank or any third-party payment provider.
Withdrawal: Processed within the stipulated timeframe once the withdrawal request is approved. Withdrawals exceeding certain limits may require additional identity verification.
Transaction cancellation: Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled. Deposits credited to your account are final and non-reversible except through the standard withdrawal process.
Any dispute related to transactions must be reported to the nv200 support team within 30 days of the transaction date.

Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Liability Limits

The nv200 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. nv200 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to service disruptions, data loss, or financial losses resulting from betting outcomes.

Nv200 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or errors at all times. Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary disruptions, and users will be notified as far in advance as reasonably possible.

Intellectual Property

All content on the nv200 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interfaces, is the property of nv200 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written consent from nv200.

Third-Party Links

The nv200 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. nv200 has no control over the content or policies of those third-party sites and is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of third-party services.

Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Account Suspension & Closure

Nv200 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of these terms, detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity, failure to pass identity verification, or at the request of a relevant authority. Any balance in a suspended account will be processed in accordance with nv200's internal policies once the investigation is concluded.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the nv200 support team. All pending withdrawals must be settled before the closure is processed.

Changes to These Terms

Nv200 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the nv200 platform shall be resolved in accordance with the procedures and jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
